July 2024 Painting Workshop

$250.00

Study light, color, value, form, paint application, composition in a highly personalized way! You will have their own still life station and practice color studies or create a three-day painting. Sharpen your skills, iron out the kinks and further your artistic practice with coaching by Sarah F. Burns! Students say these workshops are fun, lively opportunities for growth!

Please note: This workshop is for artists who have already taken Sarah’s digital course The Science and Practice of Color (or previously attended a class with Sarah). In the digital course uou’ll cover vital concepts in-depth, which will prepare you for the in-person workshops.

Limited to FOUR students - sign up ASAP.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday July 23, 24, 25.
10am - 1:30 pm (with optional half hour coffee/lunch/snack break)
IN-PERSON, hands-on Class held at Project Space at 106 Talent Ave #5, Talent, OR 97540.

Materials:
Students bring their own painting materials in the media of choice. Click here to find recommended materials lists.
Studio provides easels, tables, chairs, still life stations, lamps, colorful cloth, props, some beautiful flowers and fresh vegetables. Students are encouraged to bring flowers or plants that personally inspire them as well.
The studio is maintained at a comfortable temperature and has high quality air filters in case of heat or smoke. Great coffee and food within a block of the studio.
